How It Works

We simplify the UIF claims process by guiding you through the required forms and submitting everything correctly to the Department of Labour.

Step 1: Once-Off Payment

After your R300 payment is confirmed, we provide the official UIF forms.

Step 2: Complete the Forms

We guide you on how to complete the forms correctly and check for errors.

Step 3: Submission

Your UIF claim is submitted to the Department of Labour on your behalf.

Step 4: Approval

The Department of Labour reviews and approves the claim.

Step 5: Monthly Payments

Once approved, we submit monthly payment requests until your credits end.
